Overview
Ebay ShopBot is a virtual shopping assistant on Facebook’s Messenger platform. ShopBot will help anyone find and buy their perfect something.
I generated initial explorations for the bot including: wireframes, user flows, and Android app design (which, along with the iOS version, was folded into the Messenger platform).
